IMO Far Cry 4 has the best story overall, but it's definitely shorter than 3's main story. 3 had some kind of satire/ sarcasm going on, but I think the mechanics were so good that most people missed the satire the writer was going for. Far Cry 4 is more subtle in its subtext, it executes it better.
